Deleting a Gift Card

There are two ways to locate a gift card in order to delete it: System Setup or Gift Cards

1. Through the System Setup Window

• First, click on the ADMINISTRATION button  on the top RIGHT corner.
• Click TOOLS from the top LEFT side of the IRIS Administrator screen.

• Select SYSTEM SET UP from the TOOLS drop down menu.

• Click on the GENERAL tab on the LEFT side of the system set up window.
• Once in the general window, click on GIFT CARDS.

• Locate the gift card you wish to delete by searching the gift card number in the SEARCH PANEL.

• Once gift card is located place a CHECK MARK in the selected box and at the bottom of the window select DELETE. 

2. Through the Gift Card Option Under the Tools Menu

• First, click on the ADMINISTRATION button  on the top RIGHT corner.
• Click TOOLS from the top LEFT side of the IRIS Administrator screen.

• Select GIFT CARDS from the TOOLS drop down menu.

• Locate the gift card you wish to delete by searching the gift card number in the SEARCH PANEL.

• Once gift card is located place a CHECK MARK in the selected box and at the bottom of the window select DELETE. 

** NOTE:By deleting a gift card, it DOES NOT refund the customer. **
