You can add a NEW CARD MESSAGE from 2 different locations: Admin or POS screen
ADMIN:
- To enter your card message, first click on the ADMIN ICON on the top RIGHT of the screen.
- Click on the TOOLS button on the top LEFT of the screen.
- Select SYSTEM SET UP from the TOOLS drop down menu.
- Select the GENERAL tab from the LEFT side of the system set up window.
- Select CARD MESSAGES button from the general tab.
- In the card messages window, start typing in the NEW CARD MESSAGE field under the section, enter in card message, change the font type, change the font size, change the font color, add a short cut code, etc,.
- When complete, click SAVE.
- You are also able to set the DEFAULT MESSAGE STYLE, the default card message is the default message for when you are typing in a card message and not using any of the pre-loaded messages.
- To edit the default message style, select the default message style row.
- Adjust the font, size, orientation, color, etc,.
- When complete, click SAVE.
POINT OF SALE:
- The second location to add a card message is in the POS section. Here you are able to add a new card message or select one from the pre-loaded messages under each type of order (Delivery, Pickup, Wire Out and Wire In).
- To add/select a card message, click on the button labeled MESSAGES under the card message field.
- A window will open, start typing in the field under the section NEW CARD MESSAGE, enter the card message, change the font type, change the font size, etc,.
- When complete, click SAVE.
- To add the message to the order, use the SHORTCUT CODE for card messages. Type in the code in the card message field then press F1. (Please make sure you remember the code is not case sensitive.)
