To begin a DELIVERY ORDER select the DELIVERY button from the LEFT side of the screen.
1. Select Customer
- Previous Customer:
- To search for a previous customer, go to the top and click on the radial button and select BY CUSTOMER next to the search bar.
- If you want to search by customer name, phone, business, or account number be sure to click on the FILTER icon in the search field and change to desired parameter.
- Enter desired information into the search bar, click the ENTER button. Select desired customer from the list of customers the search returns (if the desired customer is not the first one scroll to find the customer by clicking on the white bar).
- Once you located the desired customer, click on the name and the customers information will populate under the CUSTOMER SECTION.
- If you need to edit the customer click on the EDIT CUSTOMER - the CUSTOMER CENTER window will open with the customer information- you MUST click on the customer's name in order to populate the info in the fields to begin to edit the customer.
- To search for a previous customer, go to the top and click on the radial button and select BY CUSTOMER next to the search bar.
- New Customer:
- If the customer was not found when searched, click on the NEW CUSTOMER ICON .

- Start typing in the field under BASIC which includes: First Name, Last Name, Business, Phone, Type and Email.
- When completed, press F2 on your keyboard or click MORE on the top to add the address info.
- Start typing in the field under BASIC which includes: First Name, Last Name, Business, Phone, Type and Email.
- Once the customer information is located or added, move down the page to the RECIPIENT section of the delivery order screen.
2. Select Recipient
- Locating Recipient Information:
- To add a NEW RECIPIENT, start typing in the recipients information (First Name, Last Name, Business, Address, etc..) in the respective fields.
- To add a PREVIOUS RECIPIENT that the client has already sent an order to, click on the button labeled PREVIOUS RECIPIENT.
- A window of previous recipients will appear, select the previous recipient from the window and click ADD TO ORDER and the delivery information will be filled in.
- To add a HOT SPOT that is already saved, click on the button labeled HOT SPOTS.
- A window containing a lists of hot spots will appear, select the desired hot spot from the list (click on the row). Once the row is selected, click on the LOAD HOT SPOT button and it will load the information into the Delivery window.

- To add a NEW HOT SPOT click on the button labeled HOT SPOTS.
- A window of Hot Spots will appear, in the window under NEW HOT SPOT start typing in the recipients information (First Name, Last Name, Business, Address, etc..) in the respective fields.
- Once all information is entered, click SAVE on the bottom RIGHT of the window.
- Once the new hot spot is saved, click the LOAD HOT SPOT button and it will load the information into the Delivery window.
- To use the SHORT CUT CODE for hot spots type in the code in the business field then press F1. (Please make sure you remember the code is not case sensitive.)
- If the customer’s address is the same as the delivery address, instead of retyping it, click the USE BILLING button. This will populate the customers address and will fill in the needed fields.
- To add a NEW HOT SPOT click on the button labeled HOT SPOTS.
3. Address Look Up & Verification
- The delivery panel also has the option for ADDRESS LOOK UP and ADDRESS VERIFICATION.
- Address Lookup: If you go to the address field and start typing in the address, a window will appear giving a list of addresses, city and state - select the correct one and the fields will populate accordingly.
- Address Verification: Once you have finished typing in the address of the customer you can click at the bottom on the button VERIFY to verify the address.
4. Delivery Date
- After you enter in the recipient information select the DELIVERY DATE & TIME if applicable.
- If the delivery date is TODAY'S DATE then click in the box next to DATE.
- If the delivery date is a different date please click on the calendar to select the date.
- If you need to set up a time please click in the field next to the BEFORE and enter the time (you do not need to use the arrows). To change the AM/PM, click DIRECTLY on the AM to change it to PM.
- If you are unable to deliver on the date requested or your customer is not sure the recipient will be at the location to receive the order you can click in the box next to FLEX and select a second date for delivery.
5. Card Message
- Under the delivery date is an area designated for CARD MESSAGES. You have several options to help complete the card message:
- You can use shortcut codes GWS (Get Well Soon) then press F1 on your keyboard.
- You can click on the MESSAGES button (if you don't know the shortcut code) and select the message from the list of messages.
- You can click on the MESSAGES button and enter in the card message in the white field, click SAVE and use again (for a big funeral or a big event in your area).

You can select a message already pre-populated (or one of your own that you saved) and change the font, increase the font size and change the color and SAVE it and it will update the message.
- You can type directly in the card message field.
- You can use shortcut codes GWS (Get Well Soon) then press F1 on your keyboard.
6. Delivery Instructions
- Underneath the card message box is a box for DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. Please supply any instructions you would like the driver to know. (For Example: Leave at the Door, or Don’t ring doorbell, etc..) These will PRINT on the Hyperticket for the Delivery driver.
- When you are finished entering the information into the designated fields, click on the PROCEED button on the bottom. YOU MUST CLICK ON PROCEED.
7. Process Payment
- Once products are selected, click the green PROCESS PAYMENT button in the bottom RIGHT corner.
- Click on desired payment method, enter payment details to complete.
- Once the order is processed, it can be located in the ORDER MANAGER.
