Can I add a shortcut code to a Hot Spot?

Yes, the short cut code can be 2 letters or longer. The code is not case sensitive.  

• When adding the hot spot, enter in shortcut in the field on the hot spot screen.
• When complete, click SAVE. 

Once entered, when you are entering a delivery order you must enter in the shortcut code under the BUSINESS field then press F1 on your keyboard.
