How do I sync my additional registers with our Main register?

On the Master Computer:

• To sync with the master data base, first click on the ADMIN ICON  on the top RIGHT of the screen.
• Click on the HELP button on the top LEFT of the screen.

• From the help menu, select UPLOAD DATABASE FOR FILE SYNC .

• Click OK from the verification window.

This will sync the data on the master computer to the server. 

On the Additional Computers: 

YOU MUST LOG OUT OF IRIS FIRST THEN LOG BACK IN.

• To sync with the master data base, first click on the ADMIN ICON  on the top RIGHT of the screen.
• Click on the HELP button on the top LEFT of the screen.

• From the help menu, select SYNC WITH MASTER REGISTER.

• Click OK from the verification window.

This will sync all the data entered in the main register with the additional registers you set up.
