Why do I receieve an error message when trying to install Iris Software?

If you experience the above message when trying to install Iris try the following:

1- Reboot Computer

2- Check Anti-virus settings. (Some anti-virus software needs to be temporarily disabled in order to install iris software)

3- Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Air. add link -https://get.adobe.com/air/
