ORDER MANAGER:
- To locate an order that needs to be confirmed in the front end, click on the ORDER MANAGER in the bottom LEFT of the POS screen.
- Search for the order in the top LEFT corner of the order manager screen. Once order is located, click on the row that the order is in.
- You can CONFIRM the DELIVERY ORDER two ways:
1. RIGHT CLICK on the selected order. Select CONFIRM from the menu.
2. On the bottom of the order manager screen, select CONFIRM.
DELIVERY MANAGER:
- Select all the orders in the route that were DELIVERED, select the CHECK MARK under CON in the route manager. This will change the delivery status from OUT FOR DELIVERY to CONFIRMED. All unchecked orders will be returned to the queue for re-delivery.
- When you change the delivery status to confirmed, it will automatically send an email confirmation containing the default delivery message to the customer.
- If the delivery confirmation needs to contain information specific to the order, click on the MESSAGE ICON located on the line inside the active route. The message that is typed in this section will override the default delivery message and be sent instead.
ONCE CONFIRMED:
- Once the order has been confirmed, it will show CONFIRMED in green under STATUS in the ORDER MANAGER.
