To view a customer's aging screen, locate the CUSTOMER CENTER:
- From the Back Office - Main Menu on Left > Customers > Customer Center

- From the Front POS - Menu on Top Left > More Options > Customer Center
- To locate an existing customer, search for the customer, when the customer is found, select the customer so that their information is displayed on the screen.
- Once the customer is located, click on the AGING tab. Here you will be able to view the customer's history if they are allowed house charges. It shows the customer's 0 - 30 day balance, 31- 60 day balance, 90+ balance, the total balance due, the current balance due, the payments made, and last payment date.
- In the AGING SCREEN you are also able to take a RECEIPT PAYMENT, click the APPLY RECEIPT PAYMENT button and the RECEIPTS window will open.

- Check the invoice that are being paid. If all invoices are being paid at once, click on the
icon to select all. Click again to deselect all.
- Once the boxes next to all invoices that are being paid have been checked, proceed to the PAYMENT DETAILS at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the deposit date and complete the desired method of payment.
- Select if the customer would like an email or print receipt and/or invoice, or if they would like to have the invoices consolidated into one.
- When all information has been entered, click PROCESS in the bottom RIGHT corner.
