Clock In / Clock Out

How to Clock in once someone is logged into IRIS.

You can CLOCK IN or CLOCK OUT in two separate locations: on the login screen and under the menu tab once IRIS Software is open.

• Login Screen:
  • On the login screen after entering your username and password into the respective fields, you have the option to clock in or clock out by clicking on the desired icon.

• Once IRIS Software is Open:
  • If IRIS Software is open, click on the MENU button in the top RIGHT side of the POS screen.
  • Select CLOCK IN / OUT from the menu options drop-down menu.

• • You will be taken to the login screen, after entering your username and password into the respective fields, you have the option to clock in or clock out by clicking on the desired icon.

**NOTE: You will not be able to select CLOCK IN or CLOCK OUT until you have entered your username and password.**
