How do I change my merchant processing account?

First you will need to choose your new provider.  Below is a list of the Merchants we work with: 

Merchant Providers:  
Cayan  -Website: www.cayan.com 

Authorize.net  - Website: www.authorize.net  Phone: [phone]
Require 2 accounts.  Card Present account with swipe capabilities. Card NOT present account for keyed in. 

USA Epay - Website: www.usaepay.com  Phone:  [phone] (set up as a Retail Swipe Account)

Changing Your Payment Processor:

• To enter your payment processing information, first click on the ADMIN ICON  on the top RIGHT of the screen.
  
• Click on the TOOLS button on the top LEFT of the screen.

• Select SYSTEM SET UP from the TOOLS drop down menu. 

• Select the GENERAL tab from the LEFT side of the system set up window. 
• Select PAYMENT PROCESSING button from the general tab.

• Select the Merchant Provider and the top menu (Authorize, Cayan, Transnational and USAePay) and enter in the provided credentials.  
• When complete, click SAVE.
