How Do I Know IRIS is Offline?

When there is a break in the internet connection, IRIS will switch to OFFLINE MODE.

• When you have a working internet connection, IRIS will display an ONLINE icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. 

• When you do not have a working internet connection, IRIS will display an OFFLINE icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.

When the computer regains internet connection, IRIS will switch back to ONLINE MODE.
