- To adjust settings on your station, first click on the ADMIN ICON on the top RIGHT of the screen.
- Click on the TOOLS button on the top LEFT of the screen.
- Select SYSTEM SET UP from the TOOLS drop down menu.
- Select the POINT OF SALE tab from the LEFT side of the system set up window.
- Select STATION SETUP button from the point of sale tab.
- Here you will configure station default preferences, cash drawer, swiper, user options and more.
- First you will assign a station name and number.
- Then you will have the option to select the register/computer as the master computer. If you choose to click in the box to make the register the master computer you will then be able to set up product pads, hot spots, delivery charges, etc., and then upload the settings for the additional registers/computers you set up.
- Under STATION DETAILS you will select the Receipt Type: Basic or Detailed. Basic will print to a receipt printer and detailed receipt is a full page (8 1/2 x 11) receipt/invoice.
- Under RECEIPT PRINTER click on the arrow to select your printer.
- Then select the NUMBER OF COPIES and click in the box next to AUTO PRINT if you want the receipt to print automatically. If you do not want the receipt to automatically print, uncheck AUTO PRINT.
- Under CASH DRAWER click on the arrow to select your cash drawer.
- Under SWIPER click on the arrow to select your swiper.
- Under DEFAULT ORDER TYPE you can select which type of order you would like the POS screen to default to. NOT CURRENTLY WORKING
- Where it says PRODUCT MODE you have the option to select if you would like the product pad to default on the POS screen, UPC, image glider or manual.
- At the bottom under DEFAULT PRODUCT SEARCH FILTER select the most popular way you will search for products. (You can always change it by clicking on the filter icon in the search field.
- At the bottom under DEFAULT CUSTOMER SEARCH FILTER select the most popular way you will search for customers. (You can always change it by clicking on the filter icon in the search field.)
- At the bottom of the screen RESET MASTER WORKSTATION allows you to reset the master computer by clicking that on the button.
