You now have the ability to create your own statuses for your orders such as: Order Received, In Design, Design Complete, Ready for Delivery, Returned - Not Delivered, Problem, Cancelled, Refunded.
- To create additional statuses, go to the ADMIN section. Once in the admin section, select TOOLS from the top LEFT corner.
- From the tools menu, select SYSTEM SETUP.
- Once in the system setup window, select the DOCUMENTS tab from the left hand side and then click on ORDER STATUS.
- To add an order status, click the NEW button on the bottom of the window. After you have clicked NEW, enter the desired ORDER STATUS in the order status field.
- When complete, click SAVE.
- Repeat until all desired order statuses have been entered.
- This is a per workstation setting, repeat on all desired workstations.
- To DELETE an order status, select the box at the end of the row, once selected click the DELETE button.
