Flower Shop Network

Make sure to contact your wire service provider to request activation with the IRIS system prior to attempting integration.

To integrate Floral Shop Network with IRIS, go to the BackOffice.

• Once in the BackOffice, click on TOOLS on the top left of the screen.

• Hover over INTEGRATIONS and select WIRE SERVICES.

• Once in the Wire Service Integrations window, enter in your Flower Shop Network login credentials: Store ID and Password.
• Check PLACE IN ALERT (Send Text and Send Email Options are coming soon!)
• When complete, click SAVE.
