To edit an order that has been saved as a draft, you will first need to locate the order.
- To retrieve drafted orders, click on MENU in the upper RIGHT corner of the POS screen.
- From the menu drop-down, select RETRIEVE DRAFTED ORDER.
- All of the orders you have drafted will appear in a pop up box, select the order you want to edit and click ADD TO ORDER.
- After you select ADD TO ORDER, the order will load on the POS screen and you can edit the order.
- To add more items to the order, go to the product pad or search your inventory and add the item to the order.
- To remove an item, click on the X end of the row.
- To change the item price, click on the price field and edit the product price.
- Once the edits are complete you can PROCESS the order, by clicking on the green PROCESS PAYMENT button on the bottom RIGHT of the screen or you can DRAFT the order again.
- To re-draft the order, you will need to go to the MENU and click on DRAFT ORDER, again. A window will pop up asking you if you would like to re-save the order, click OK.
