Using Frequent Locations ( Hot Spots )

There are 2 ways to use hot spots, through using the SHORT CUT CODE and using the HOT SPOT BUTTON.

1. Shortcut Code

• When completing the RECIPIENT section of an order, enter the location's SHORT CUT CODE in the business field. (Remember the code is not case sensitive.)
• Once the code is entered, press F1. The hot spot information will populate in the respective fields.

2. Hot Spots Button

• When completing the RECIPIENT section of an order, click the HOT SPOTS button.

• A window of hot spots will appear. Select the desired hot spot from the list or search for it using the search field.
• Once the hot spot is located, click on the row that the desired hot spot is in to select the hot spot.
• Once selected, click the LOAD HOT SPOT button and it will load into the respective fields in the order.
