Gift Cards

• Once on the PRODUCT PAD SCREEN, select desired product(s) and enter additional product information as needed.
• Before processing payment, look up the gift card to verify the gift card balance.
  • To look up the gift card, click on MENU on the top of the POS screen.
  • Select, GIFT CARD LOOKUP from the drop down menu.

 

• • Enter or swipe the GIFT CARD NUMBER and click FIND IT.

• • If the gift card balance is greater or equal to the amount due, select GIFT CARD as the payment method. ** 
  • If the gift card balance is less than the amount due, select SPLIT PAYMENT as the payment method. ***

• Once products are selected and the gift card balance is verified, click the green PROCESS PAYMENT button in the bottom right corner.

PAYMENT OPTION: GIFT CARD

• Select the desired PAYMENT METHOD from the pop-up. When using a gift card, click GIFT CARD. **

• Enter gift card number manually or swipe card, when complete click PROCESS.

 

PAYMENT OPTION: SPLIT PAYMENT

• When using a gift card that does not cover the balance due, click SPLIT PAYMENT. ***

• Enter the GIFT CARD BALANCE, into the first field. Once entered, click the PAY BY button.

• Select GIFT CARD from the PAYMENT OPTIONS screen.

• Enter the GIFT CARD NUMBER, and click PROCESS.

• Select desired receipt preference.
• Once desired receipt method is selected, click the CONTINUE TO NEXT PAYMENT button. 

 

• Enter the REMAINING BALANCE, into the second field. Once entered, click the PAY BY button.

• Select the DESIRED PAYMENT METHOD (check) from the PAYMENT OPTIONS screen.

• Enter the PAYMENT DETAILS (check number) and click PROCESS.

• Select desired receipt preference. 
• Once desired receipt method is selected, click the DONE button.

• Repeat steps until all desired payment methods are complete and the balance is paid.
