DELETING AN ORDER WILL NOT PERFORM A REFUND.
- Click on the ORDER MANAGER button on the bottom LEFT of the POS screen.
- Select the order you wish to delete (the selected order will be highlighted in a light gray). You will know the order is selected when the customer information populates and you are able to view products in the product list.
- Once the order is selected, RIGHT CLICK on the order.
- Select DELETE ORDER from the menu.
- After selecting DELETE ORDER, a window will appear asking if you wish to delete the order.
- Click OK to delete order.
